The EV market continues to grow at a high rate and is expected to quadruple in size in 2030. This increase in EV sales is also increasing the demand for on-board chargers.

On the other hand, cruising range is one of the issues facing EVs, and to solve this issue, AC relays are required to be smaller and lighter.

To meet this need, we have developed the “AX1 Relay,” an AC relay designed specifically for automotive use. AX1 relay is the world’s smallest relay in the 32A/4KV class *1.

We are also currently developing a NACS (North American Charging Standard) compliant AC relay. We will continue to develop products that meet the needs of our customers with a sense of urgency.

EM Devices will continue to be a good partner for customers in the EV relay market, and we will walk together into the future.
